No slides, no pitch. We'll ask questions about your current process, the tools you use, the volume of the work, and what a good outcome looks like. Our goal is to understand whether automation is the right solution for your specific situation.
If there's a fit, we'll outline what we'd build, how it would work, and send a scoping proposal within a few business days, scope, timeline, and cost. If it's not a fit, wrong scope, wrong timing, or the problem doesn't suit automation, we'll tell you that too. No pressure either way.

Yes. The discovery call is a 30-minute conversation with no cost and no obligation. We use it to understand your problem and determine whether we can help. If we can’t, we’ll say so.
AI automation project cost depends on scope. A focused workflow automation is a different investment than a full-stack AI web application. We scope every project in detail before quoting, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. No vague estimates or surprise invoices.
No technical spec required. Come with the problem, not the solution. Most of our best projects started with “we spend too much time on X” or “we wish we had a tool that does Y.” We handle the technical translation.
How fast can you start an AI project? Typically within one to two weeks of agreeing on scope. For simpler workflow automations, sometimes faster. We’ll give you a realistic timeline in the scoping proposal.
We’ll tell you. We’ve turned down projects where automation would create more complexity than it solves. A 30-minute call is worth it even if the answer is “not yet”, you’ll walk away with a clearer picture of what’s possible.
